Don't do it!! Switching to MyRepublc was the biggest mistake! Nothing has gone smoothly. They don't have any customer support available via phone and their email/text support isn't readily available either. Their advertised open hours are 9-5 but even inside these hours they can take up to 24hours to get back to you. Literally everything I was promised in the initial sales call was complete rubbish.

Best internet provider I have had so far. It is a bit awkward for those who is used to speaking to someone on the phone to sign up since it is all done via chat on the website now. Nonetheless, customer support is very professional and helpful especially Neil.

I've been with you guys for a while. I just realized that the plan I was on somehow went up extra $15 monthly since I relocated and somehow I'm on a 24months contract I never agreed too and was charged for a delivery fee of a modem that it never came through and$15 monthly fee for it. From a loyal customer, that's NOT cool and dishonest from M.R

Wifi speeds are good, but their standard routers don't take advantage of this and customer service is very poor and rigid. With only an online chat service available during business hours it can be incredibly difficult to get any issues sorted. We had many struggles trying to get fibre installed at our new flat. Though My Republic is not responsible for installing fibre, having to chat with a new person each time and their inability to be flexible to our situation left us without reliable wifi for months all the while we were paying for their service. They are not very effective at solving issues that go beyond what is listed on their FAQs. Which is every issue you need customer support for. I do not recommend them to anyone around me.

Had an ongoing problem that has finally been resolved by Ben and Aileen. Was considering a change in supplier but thought I would try one last time and was but through to Ben via the BOT and live chat. He managed to find the error in my relocation process and correct it. Aileen then followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with the result. I will be staying with MyRepublic Thank you ?

Very frustrating to deal with the Live Chat service. Can't talk to anyone, I switched providers but My Republic didn't terminate the account (even though I had proof that they had accepted it) and kept billing me. They refuse to refund or acknowledge their mistake. So I paid 2 providers for a service, one which was not being used. An apology would be great but seems they don't offer that. Would not recommend

This was a very positive support experience, I started with the Bot and was transferred to a Live specialist quickly. Neil took the call, listened well and worked through the queries exactly as required. I know there are a lot of bad reviews surrounding MR support but this experience was second to none. Well done!!!! As a side note, the Internet Service from MR is rock solid, I moved from another 'reputable' provider and there is no comparison. I'd recommend MyRepublic anytime.

I've been a customer for 2 years after an IT specialist recommended them for speed etc and I have had good fibre pro connection all this time. I contacted them to match a competitors offer and they did so I just saved $240 a year. Customer service team on the chat were very helpful and polite. Too easy.
