I had to pay over $500 just for them to fit a second hand window regulator and switch the window switch over.. they also had my car allday for a job that doesnt take that long. I had to chase the receptionist up twice about finding the second hand regulator part before the job was even booked, pretty bad service. Be weary if you take lowered cars in there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only garage in town to go to. These guys are amazing. Especially jude who is on reception, she is so kind. And Marty one of the mechanics who fixed our car in no time. They even spoke to my usual garage in Auckland to sort out the issue with the car. Offered us a place to stay as we were sleeping in the car whilst traveling round. We didn't end up needing this as they fixed our car so quick and for a great price. Thanks so much. Annie and Kate.

The first time the service was okay/acceptable but the second one, they ripped me off 'politely'. After I raised my issue finally I got some of my money back.
There are definitely better places to go than here.

Highly recommend this to everyone and greatly appreciate their efforts on getting a last minute job done on a Saturday late morning!!
We were quite desperate and have been looking for a good place for sometime. Thank god we have heard back from them, so we have decided to drive all the way down here for a car service.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we were quite close to 11:30 am and quite desperate and the technical officer has taken the initiative to help us get the service done at the last minute with very good recommendations for daily usage.
Great staff, prompt service, great communication with all the customers!!
Loved the meaningful conversation with the young representative at the reception❣️
We’ll definitely be returning to them.
