β β β β β Best decision to go to this dentist. I get really nervous about dentist but everyone here is so nice. I had to go in for an emergency appointment. Lou was amazing and helpful could tell how much pain I was in so she booked me in to see a dentist straight away. I saw Dr Karson Low and he was so kind and gentle. I think he preformed a bit of a miracle to save my tooth. It helps this practice has all the best medical technology. They really are the best in Wellington with the best friendly professional service.

β β β β β Went there and was amazed how wonderful the clinic looked and the girls at the desk were so polite and friendly. The Dentist and his assistant were efficient and great at their job. They make you feel relaxed and then the next day they ring you to see if youβre ok.
Very impressed and Iβll be back. 5 stars are so well deserved. Thank you

β β β β β Dr Hamid and his team of Dentists , Dental Assistants, Oral Hygienists , Admin Staff are the best. I needed Urgent treatment a few years ago and was able to get in to Dr Hamid promptly and I have looked forward to treatment there ever since Its reassuring to know you are going to be looked after .. the service is always highly Professional with top Equipment to do the procedures and I appreciate the call from front desk staff the following day as to my wellbeing The Clinic is furnished so tastefully ..I find it a delight every time so that in itself is so relaxing at what could otherwise be an anxious time I highly recommend Naenae and Lower Hutt Dental I feel I'm with a family of warm caring people that I can trust

β β β β β Having a wisdom tooth extracted on Sunday 27 March I was feeling very anxious, however as soon as arrived at the reception the service I received was absolutely warm and welcoming, this eased my anxiousness so much. Thank you reception team. The whole establishment has a relaxing atmosphere, lovely decor. A huge thank you to Neil and Ardi for your fantastic expertise, very painless and efficient procedure. You both made my experienceβ¦β¦a happy experience! Looking forward to my personal plan in a couple of weeks. Thanks Lou for the follow up call to see how I was feeling , I really appreciated that ? Last of all thanks to Kat whom I first made contact with on Saturday 26 March, after my conversation with Kat I had no hesitation to visit Naenae Dental Clinic. ? Thank you so much Team

β β β β β Best Dental Clinic I have been to. I dread going to the dentist. Over the last month, I have had a check-up, my wisdom teeth extracted, and two feelings. The aftercare that I have had has been second to none. I love the vibe down there and so I will often turn up early for my appointment so I can just chill out. The two dentists i have seen have both been super helpful, holding my wheelchair when I have transferred into their chair and back the other way. Talking me through options and telling me what they are doing.

β β β β β Very friendly staff. Had to get an emergency appointment and last minute wisdom tooth removal. Dentist, and dental assistant were very kind, talkative & caring. The receptionist called me the following day to see how I was doing which was very lovely. Not my usual dentist but highly recommend!

β β β β β Personally I've put off going to the dentist for years because of price and other dental clinics have made me feel bad about my bad teeth in the past.
Both dentists I've seen in the last few months have been great, the hygienist was fantastic, and the assistants do everything they can to make you comfortable and to have a laugh.
Couple that with lovely staff to greet you as soon as you enter and you have nailed the recipe for success.
It's been worth skipping coffee stops and saving to get the work done on my teeth so far. After years of neglect I had no idea how easy it could be to eat.

β β β β β Best clinic I've been to ever. Usually not a fan of dental care but Lu was super helpful and guided me through the entire processes even after my extraction with a follow up call and she was just amazing.
Both the dentist and her assistant were calm and very accommodating when it came to me needed more pain relief. My extraction only took 15mins or even less. I was so impressed and will definitely be a returning customer and will let my friends and family know too :)
