β β β β β Highly Professional and Knowledgeable doctor. He treats every patient with individualized care instead of following a set protocol. One of the few really good and experienced doctors. The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating. With the best patient care, Dr. Nagi ensures that all the concerns of his patients are addressed adequately and without any delay. One can be sure that his health is in good hands with this clinic. Highly highly recommended!!

β β β β β very unprofessional and greedy group of people. I took my mother there as she had language problem.
They made us wait for 2 hours before we could see doctor . And he advised to register my whole family with the doctor for him to check my mother. In the end he refused to see mum as we all refused to sign up with him as we are registered with another practice.
Receptionist have no people skill and badly trained.
We suggest no one to go there .

β β β β β Very unprofessional and dishonest service.
Made an appointment 3times and every week ended up cancelled saying doctor is sick and away for few days .
Third time reached at clinic 15minutes early received a call again just 15 prior saying doctor is very sick and not in today again but the FUNNY THING I saw the doctor driving the car and entering into clinic after parking(while I was on call with receptionist lady) I told her doctor is here but same time she changed her statement saying ohh doctor started feeling well and came in. How possible it is?
So at the end they asked me to wait outside after long wait when I went inside to check how long I have to wait I saw receptionist lady was again leing to the patients on the phone that doctor is very sick and away for few days although doctor Madhu was inside.
I left the clinic after long wait as I realized they are not taking the people's health seriously.
My concern is if doctor was busy for whatever reasons they shouldn't make appointment and waste people's valuable time also shouldn't lie to the patients .
I realized doctor didn't take existing customers seriously rather being greedy to make new customers.
I am definitely going to change my doctor after this horrible and bad experience.
Dishonest, unprofessional, horrible service !!
