Get no where with the owners as they refuse to do the right thing and are abusive and very unprofessional! Pay the extra and go to a professional outfit that sells quality kitchens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really horrible experience. Five days after purchase wood kept chipping and falling off, cracks began showing in the wood boards and joinery. They denied any issues and blamed us saying it was a “rustic look”. Filed with the Disputed Tribunal, Nanoosi have since agreed maybe there was “some issue” (after a lengthy conversation where he talked down to me and kept referring to my partner as my husband- if you are a woman do not shop here. Not an inclusive environment at all). Not worth $1500, kmart offers far superior furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a standard galley style kitchen from Nanoosi and the business was accommodating when we asked for a couple of changes to be made to it. The kitchen was delivered promptly and was well packaged to prevent damage. The kitset cupboards and drawers went together quite easily and now that it is installed we are very happy with the products quality and look, and the price is competitive in comparison to other kitset kitchens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ exposed edge on the waterfall, inside the draws have chips in the laminate exposing the mdf draws, they forgot soft closers, they tried to give me ali express draw hardware after i had already paid for blum and 2 of the doors have already fallen off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality kitchen at a competitive price point. Nanoosi team were prompt in providing a quote and getting the kitchen/laundry install done. Installer/joiner Cestmir did an excellent job. Unfortunately kitchen only partially completed and had to wait 5-6 months for the last part of the kitchen to be installed. This was mainly due to covid-related shipment delays. No updates on progress unless asked, or urgency to get job completed. Needed to be chased up a few times to get the kitchen completed and lack of response to enquiries on occasions. Overall satisfied with the service
