β β β β β These guys do a good job at storing your things. I'd suggest getting storage behind a fob activated security gate if you're worried that someone might break in and steal your good. Very helpful and friendly staff

β β β β β Def don't recommend... since this changed to "National Storage" they have increased the price every few months, not ideal for long term storage. Annoying considering they beat the price of other storage companies when I moved in so I would go with them. If i knew then that the monthly price was going to be increased so often I def wouldn't have signed up there. Staff in office are not helpful they just say they can't do anything now due to it being run by national storage. Price increases are sent only via email & then they charge you monthly late fees without even attempting to contact you re arrears via any other means (I have an AP set up to pay my rent amount so don't always check my emails each month). When you have always paid on time, a phone call or text to advise you hadn't increased your AP amount shouldn't be too much to expect. Decided to move out to avoid any further price increases.

β β β β β The manager is rude obnoxious unhelpful nasty and accusing. I definitely would not recommend using their facility for storage. The worst service I have ever had. I would give them no stars but that is not an option.
