★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered products from nauti on the 7th of July. I am yet to recieve even a confirmation of dispatch at this stage. I am very disappointed, as I have spent almost $300.00. I am writing here in reviews as they seem to respond fairly quick on here, yet my emails remain unanswered. I would like a refund, so I can purchase the products elsewhere as then they can actually be dispatched, and I can recieve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order is drop shipped from overseas (not NZ like the site implies) & after placing the order I immediately asked to make a change but they refused. it had not been processed or shipped they just have a "sorry not sorry" policy.

Very very friendly staff, super helpful and comfortable and overall a clean and comfortable environment. 100% recommend checking out the shop, my friend who was a bit nervous to go in walked out so excited with so much info and so many fun things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been instore but the online store is good and easy to use. 3 stars though because I didn't reveive a shipping confirmation and I ended up receiving the incorrect item. This was promptly addressed once I emailed the store. I highly recommend going instore if you can.

She will not answer the phone nore respond. Our purchase was in October nearly $500 and nothing has arrived. When emailed was told it would be dispatched. That was 2 weeks ago. When asked for a tracking number, no emails where answered. Evasasive and soon will be reported as theft unless a full refund is complete. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into the store for some products together for the first time as a long-term couple after lockdown in May and the owner made us feel super comfortable about it. I don't review places often, but I was really disappointed with the 1-star reviews here. They've had issues with shipment over lockdown, get over it. Don't go online and slam them so they lose business. We need to be supporting GOOD small business right now, and this is one of them.
