β β β β β So often we get power cuts out in Mapua. Terribly unreliable company and electricity service. Super unfriendly customer support. Itβs been like this for years.

β β β β β Monopoly so staff are RUDE !! An other power outage in Mapua. A call to ask why and i'm told a truck took out a pole. Admittedly i did say "what - another moron trucker" NetTasman Reply " Grow Up Sir" and they hung up !! This s an un-professional answer and action. IF there was another provider i'd have switched the next day.

β β β β β Not for the first time Network Tasman has cut power to our area for their planned maintenance and we have received zero notice so we were unable to prepare and now have no power or water on a Sunday for the next 6+ hours according to the lineman that have been around the area for the last couple of weeks. Their numbers to call were of no use because they off enjoying their weekend and apparently no one who was there can help because it's not a fault it was their plan we just weren't allowed to know

β β β β β Powers been cut off on a Sunday for the majority of the day! Fantastic... only way this could be better is if the people in charge could let us know so we can prepare. Worst customer service from a Jessica on the phone, no help no solution... instead tells me this was planned weeks ago & when I asked to make a complaint or speak with a manager she refused to help & hung up. I am not impressed & will be taking it further
