β β β β β Work was fine. I left with 0 dignity. The car was covered and paid for , I very accidently bumped the courtesy (my error completely) and the owner WROTE into their insurance claim that the excess was $1,000 when in fact it was $400. Only found this out as I cried as was a shock. I asked to be invoiced & would pay the following week, the owner wouldn't release my paid for car and had me and my kids sit in the car park with 2 little kids and all our bags. As it had only just happened I didn't immediately have the money but am trustworthy , he had my rego number & all details , I even offered to leave my phone, wallet & drivers licence as proof that I'd pay. I am a solo mother of three and he made rude references to me "not even having $400" and that " it's not a big deal". Sorry mate but it kinda was. No morals & smurkey, actually seemed that he was getting a kick out of it. Great if you want to give your $ to someone with no morals, & watch the clause in the contract, it's only $1000 excess if you are under 25. I wonder how many times he's pocketed $600 knowing tats not the truth.

β β β β β The work they did on my car was good, luckily it was insured but it costed alot more then I thought it would. It took a week for me to wait before I could get it in to get fixed and then another 9 days for it to get fixed and also they are a little bit unorganised with paper work. They didn't clean the outside and inside of my car properly and there was a scratch on the bumper which they quickly fixed after I showed them. I would not recommend them but if you are not fussy about time and cost, then it is really, your choice. Just thought I would let others know because I wish someone had told me before I choose them.

β β β β β The insurance repair was done professionally and I'm happy (more than, because of new headlights sourced by NPCP) with the workmanship and final result. I would have awarded 5 stars on that basis, but they lost one star for communication. The staff were all polite (no issues there) but when the job took longer than anticipated, I would have expected a quick phone-call to let me know the car would not be available for the weekend when I needed my towbar. I had to phone late Friday when I hadn't heard back from them, only to be disappointed. However, no problems in recommending them, just be pro-active with communicating with them.

β β β β β Not happy with how I was treated by one of the head staff, never talk down to a customer and not only that but the quality of the paint job is like orange peel , and when they placed the door back on the vehicle they have damaged the door they had just painted and they have now damaged the other panels surrounding the door.
Would not go back again due to my experience...

β β β β β Gave them car to do one job and they did something to non functioning window which was closed at the time I gave car for repairing but when I got it back window was open and couldn't close had to get it repaired immediately also side view mirror which was stuck nicely somehow they managed to break it and give it to me in my hand. All this led to additional expenses of $600.
Never ever give your car here.
Worst service.
