★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a visit to enrol my child. Throughout the 25 minute visist, the staff could not take our names correctly, even after repeated corrections.
I think it was disrespectful
There were 3 of us anx not one name said correctly even once

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been attending this day care for over a year now and in that time has made so many beautiful friendships and he adores all his teachers. My son has grown in so many areas and I’m so grateful to know I’m leaving him with such amazing teachers who always put the children first. The centre is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I emailed New Shoot for enrolling my son that is 11 months old.
And in the email that the administration wrote:
"Hi Fasya
Thank you for your expression of interest in childcare ?
We would love to invite you to come and visit with us, on a day and time that suits you to take a tour of our centre so that you can meet our centre Director Val, myself and the teaching/support staff and see the care that we provide at new Shoots Westgate and the learning opportunities that are available to your child.
I have attached our Fee Schedule, Enrolment Agreement and Enrolment Policies Procedures Booklet for you to look through.
We do supply all food, Nappies, Wet Wipes, Sunscreen (which is included in our fees)
We are open from 7am till 6pm every day except public holidays. We do have a minimum of 2 days attendance per week.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ?"
Clearly they invited us to come and take a tour, alsp Clearly said that they're open 7am until 6pm. So we thought we could do just come and take a look.
then today morning I came with my husband and my son, with the expectation that they will welcome us with good representations.
But NO, she was rude with the posture that she didn't even smile, she said "oh you come for a tour? We don't do tour in the morning 7am like this"
Also she said
"All the babies room are full, all the toddlers room are full"
And suddenly she said every room are full, which is I don't care if it's true or not. So if that the case. Why WOULD HER invite us and waste our time to have encouragement to go there.
And that is not the way you should do communicate with your customer.
I work quite long time in customer service and that is not the way you representing your business.
And she was chuckles like she wasn't taking what I said seriously. I was shocked because looking at Google they've got 5 starts and this is what I got.
I was expecting beyond "good"
But I am sorry. 1 star for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Shoots is based in Westside area of Westgate a wonderful place to prepare yourself with your child. Teachers are very welcoming to all cultures, unbelievable the day care have their own chef everything is supplied for your child needs. Take a look for yourself. Bye

Thanks to Valery and Rosary for your kind understanding and support. Rosary, Tayla, Sana, Karissa, lucy all of you are wonderful lovely teachers. I know Sara loves you all. I see in her eyes when she talks about you at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wee lass has been going to New Shoots Westgate since she was 6 months old, and we love them! They are so wonderful, and have a real treat them like your own feel. The place is so beautiful and the sensory options are plentyful! We get daily picture updates on storytime and they always look like they are having the best day, the team are so creative! I love peering through the glass on pick up and seeing the way they are interacting with the children. They are often dancing, singing or reading to them, so precious! They welcome my constant check ins and are excellent communicators! If I was popping out more babies I would 100% choose New Shoots again ?
