The lady at the door maintaining Covid protocol spoke to me with unwarranted agression, poor manners and as if I was a naughty child.
An honest error my mask coming loose and me adjusting it as I entered the store resulted in patronizing public slap on the wrist that was not justified.
Her job is important, I was not trying to break any rules but yet she felt it ok to speak to me in an inhumane way regardless. I am an adult I deserve to be spoken to with respect. Her role is 100% possible to do in a respectful manner.
This is just not acceptable

β β β β β I mean the staff are amazing and friendly. But when I checked my docket I was over charged I brought this up, they did refund me the difference however mistakes shouldnβt happen like this, also really over priced but to be expected for the area
