★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently doing my second trial. Almost everything is great but I have one suggestion. A regular lights out time would be nice. It seems night shift staff turn the lights off at random times. Sometimes it's 10:30 other times it's midnight and they have to be reminded by a study participant that people actually want to sleep, which is pretty damn hard when there are bright lights on directly above your bed. Maybe a little reminder wouldn't be a bad idea?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About to be discharged from my first trial after a 6 night inpatient stay. It has been an incredible experience. The staff are very professional and friendly, they were very helpful toward me as before this experience I was quite uncomfortable with having blood taken (I feel much more comfortable with that now!). Would recommend it to anyone who is curious :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure for a lot of users, this is a wonderful place. But as a first time and occasional visitor, my experience wasn't too smooth. Parking is a major problem as there's none on site and very limited pay parking nearby, the ground floor reception is not obvious and you have to press the button to get into the door, I used the toilet once and wished it ventilate better.
Anyway, my short staying was quite pleasant and efficient, everyone was happy and helpful.
