β β β β β The10-day South Island tour from and returning to Christchurch was a fantastic experience genenerally. This includes the timely and detailed pre-tour administration, personalised website and phone app, daily briefings/updates/jokes by the two on-coach staff who offered many great stories, and details of side-trips/activities we could do that were not included in the overall cost.

β β β β β This was one of my best trips. All credit goes to Skye for coming up with itinerary and and the suggestions. I was traveling solo and needed customizations to fit my preferences. I only told my requirement to Skye just once and she came up with the best itinerary I could have though of. Everything went as planned and without a single glitch. I enjoyed every moment of my trip! I would Highly recommend New Zealand Coach Tours! Thanks for making it a fun and memorable trip.

β β β β β The most incredible experience of my whole life. As two girls in our 30s, we spent 9 days on this tour with a group of people over 10 years older than us and had the absolute time of our lives.
Our driver Kevin was incredible, and knew everything there was to know about the North Island, telling us all kinds of stories everywhere we went and keeping us entertained on the long drives.
Jo, our tour guide, was equally as informed and enthusiastic, and went out of her way to ensure that the few extra activities we wanted to do were catered for.
Throughout the whole booking process we had the amazing Shelley at GP helping us with our daily (endless) questions in a really polite and excitable manner, she never ever made us feel stupid or like we were being a nuisance.
I just cannot give enough praise to the whole experience! Thank you Grand Pacific xxxxx

β β β β β Great service. Had a lovely time in the South Island. Highly recommended tour. Pro tip: for a smooth trip, check the weather before booking anything and make sure roads are not closed due to damage from heavy rains. New Zealand Coach Tours handled the cancellation of my Milford Sound tour (road closed due to extreme flooding) well and gave me options for either rearrangement for other fun activities or refund for the day. Refund took only a few banking days.
