β β β β β My friends, siblings and I have signed up with this agency, I would say they are fine and great . BUT down side, the agent discussed his personal life at work, would lie and say he msgd for work but did not, he would also discuss temps to full timers at the warehouse and when fustrated would yell and swear at you if confronted with the wrong he did. Reached out to the director at the onehunga branch and that wasnt really helpful. He wasnt really listening he was only HEARING, lied and said they made an investigation about the situation but didnt even go into the work place to investigate, and also already knew he had made up his mind on their decision that our voices were not being heard. Communication was extremely disappointing and have not been given work since then. Disappointed, let down, lied to and extremely unprofessional. They are not all bad but the two people we have encountered ourselves with were just a let down. My family and friends will be spreading the word and will no longer be using your services. The director at the onehunga branch do something because you obviously had made up your mind before we had our meeting. Your agent discussed a temp to other workers and denied it, swore at workers in the warehouse while being asked why he did it, he lies about msging for work, he has seen all the health and safety rules that have been broken and turned a blind eye, he comes into work reaking of alcohol and also discusses his divorce and lawsuit issues at our work place. DO SOMETHING LABOUR HIRE . We are without work because you chose your unprofessional agent over the voices of many temps and full timers. Disappointing.

β β β β β A special thanks to New Zealand Labour Hire and Renata in particular for helping me to find lots of places to work around Auckland from the very beginning of my working holiday here in New Zealand. it took them less than 24 hours after signing the contract in the office to proposed me my first work place; got 2 long-term positions so that was super quick !!! I definitly recommend to get in touch with these guys ! + 5*

β β β β β Agents hardly pick the calls whether it's urgent. Never solve your problems related to work, they don't provide good pay rates and they don't give the full PPE gear. I have the worst experience with this company don't recommend anyone to join with them. It's better to join with the other recruitment companies but not this one. ***Alert Do Not Join This Agency***

β β β β β Laia is amazing, she found job for me fast and long term. The wages are fine compared with other Labour hire companies, just the detail that they don't include ACC and you have to pay for that later

β β β β β They are super nice. After half year working for them it feels like assistant Laia is more of my friend than employer. Sheβs always super chill and helpful. Making sure I have everything I need. Sheβs coming on site when possible to make sure everything is as it suppose to be. ???

β β β β β I have been working with them more than 6 months in the same site, and my experience is very good, I had a couple of problems with my payslips and they sorted it out as fast as they can, every week they went to the site (before level 3) to provide us with the PPE that we needed and know if everything is going well. Payments are made on time.

β β β β β I have no particular complain regarding the working conditions on this company, but they totally screw me. Since day one I ask them if they could sponsor me for a work visa and they say yes. When the time come they even ask me to do the medical examination (which I payed from my pocket) and then, when they were supposed to stat the sponsor process, they told me that the person that had to do that job was on vacations. They say they were sorry. All this after working for them for a solid year.
I'm trying to be civil on this review but I would love to be using a much stronger language regarding what I think about this people.
Avoid them at any cost. Go to Labour Exchange if you are looking for good people doing good jobs.
PS: all this visa incident happened in 2019, I just posted this review now because after being hable to return to NZ I remember them and wanted to warn other people.
