β β β β β Support NZRC and the donors and volunteers who make it possible to help the needy. As you know, this country runs on the backs of ordinary saints, the donors and volunteers who have been propping up NZ without fanfare or recognition for decades. Godzone will be Hellszone if not for people like the NZRC, who provide a lifeline to the less fortunate among us. Let us not forget them.

β β β β β My choice for 1st Aid Courses. Great interactive courses with knowledgeable trainers. I love the fact that the revenue from the courses pay for the administrative costs of the charitable part of the organization.

β β β β β The Wellington branch is a great place to attain or renew your First Aid Certificate. The trainer is well-informed, but more importantly, he makes what could be (and in my experience, has been) tedious and boring course into a fun and entertaining one. His sense of humor elevates the mood and keeps the students engaged.

β β β β β Karen was a very knowledgeable and fun Essential First Aid tutor. She mixed the learning material with interesting personal stories of her life as a nurse. Worth taking this course and supporting the good work Red Cross provide!

β β β β β 1)they no longer give certificates of completion.
2)this has gone from in class to online (they charge the same amount)
but doing less)
3)you have to spell everything correct on the online exams or its marked incorrect even if it is just a typo or misspelling.
4) it is not an effective way to learn if you have any visual disability for example: dyslexia.
5)this is all about them charging you the same amount of cash to do the cores but they do not have to spend time with you teaching it. this means the company will make the same amount but will pay the instructor less billable hours.
