★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a Newline shower via Mitre 10, and when it arrived, there seemed to be a difference in sizing, so we it couldn't fit the hardware in the alcove space. I contacted Mitre 10, who got me to contact Newline directly. It was the week before Christmas and I was 8 and a half months pregnant, so it was a stressful time! - the response from the Newline team was amazing - they arranged for someone to come in what was no doubt a very busy week for them and not only bring the correct parts but fit the shower for us. The craftsmanship was outstanding, the customer service first class. They went above and beyond, even though the original order had been through M10. I cannot thank them enough, and everyone that's seen the shower has commented on how fabulous it looks. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Newline pivot shower door fell off into the bath. Any young child in the bath would have been hurt badly As it happened no one was in the bath. The door did not break just the little plastic bit holding the whole glass door. Damaged the bath though. Retailer is doing all they can to help us sort the problem. Newline say out of warranty so will sell you the part but so far definite lack of interest on there part. I will post the outcome.
Finally after chasing them and promised call backs which never happened got the replacement parts and had to pay for complete set which is now metal not crap cheap plastic. Obviously the old type was known to be dangerous so changed. They should have done a recall as it could have killed some child but this company does not care about safety, Quality or service. I would give no stars if it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, I was sold a sliding shower\toilet door for a caravan that was supposed to be opaque, but turned out to be completely see through!!. Not at all suitable for caravan life. Very disappointed that this was sold to us knowing it was for a caravan shower/ toilet room, as it is useless being transparent. - very pleased with the outcome, Our review was dealt with quickly and problem has been resolved, Great customer service Newline Group
