★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our build is a disaster and terrible quality. We have sent you numerous emails concerning our issues . All ignored and overlooked. Our house is a joke and not worth the money paid to you. You have destroyed our 4 bay shed. 1 balcony is collapsing and is now dangerous. We were never offered MB insurance so basically we are screwed to the point of about 50k. Do not use these people the take no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having our first home built by Newson Construction, we felt it necessary to provide some feedback. Dealing with the Newsons was often a very difficult, stressful and tiring process. The effective communication between the project manager and their accounts department was lacking and this caused multiple double ups on bills and errors on the accounts. When questioning these double ups, our questioning was often disregarded and we felt bullied.
Often we had to chase for the answers to our questions from the project manager, who we felt would bury his head in the sand. He rarely met the deadlines he set and we lost our trust in his abilities.
We would not recommend Newson Construction if you are building your first or dream home for that matter.

A great team to work with and they've built a number of Arcline Architecture projects resulting in happy clients and successful projects.
