β β β β β Purchasing a home is stressful to say the least, but Nigel makes the whole process seamless and easy. He takes out all the hassle meaning that all you have to do is get excited about moving day! My wife and I were reaching for our dream home, and Nigel made that dream a reality for us. Without him, we would not have been able to get it across the line. He is professional, very personable, exceptionally quick with his responses, and he truly cares about his clients. Being new to the buying market, Nigel guided us through the whole process, and was more than happy to help with all our questions. We hadn't thought about using a broker until some friends recommended Nigel. Now, I wouldn't use anyone else! We cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. Thank you!

β β β β β Moving from SA two years ago with only a suitcase, buying a house was a big and important step for me. My Kiwi partner and I are also expecting and wanted to make sure we find a home we can raise our family in. I approached a well known Mortgage Broker and the experience was horrible with empty promises and terrible service (Squirrel) that was very upsetting as buying a house is such a important decision. I was told about Nigel by my boss and from the start he was helpful and provided us with support and advice to make the buying and getting a mortgage a wonderful experience. Always being there for us when we have questions or concerns and settling our doubts when needed. I cannot recommend Nigel enough and he should be your first choice when looking for a broker to join in your search of a new home. Thank you so much Nigel!

β β β β β Would highly recommend Nigel if youβre looking for a mortgage broker. We just bought our first home and wouldnβt have been able to get where we are without all his knowledge and help, especially in this market. Not to mention his friendly manner and personalised service.
As first home buyers we werenβt privy to any of the steps we needed to take or terminology we needed to use, but Nigel not only got us pre approved but also guided us the entire way, touching base at all the milestones such as auctions and settlement and answering the onslaught of questions we had.
Thanks again Nigel, will definitely be in touch when we need a broker in the future.

This was my first time applying for mortgage finance as a self employed person, unfamiliar with the terrain of acquiring home loans. Even when it was at times brutal, Nigel was pragmatic, diplomatic, honest, professional, and always took time to patiently walk me through each step of the process. From the first conversation, Nigel drew a clear path, delivered on - and often better than - everything he said he would, making the process an actually pleasant experience. I won't use any other broker and are already referring friends to Nigel. He was brilliant to deal with.
