★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found Lu to be both an excellent Acupuncturist and Chinese Medical Herbalist. Lu uses wafer-thin almost filament, ultra-small size acupuncture needles -for completely painless insertion, yet achieves very good results with her acupuncture. Lu also prescribes concentrated herbal powders, which are very easy to take - unlike the raw herbs (which can be quite unpalatable). If you are looking for an all round practitioner, and an acupuncturist who is also a herbalist, then I cannot recommend Lu highly enough.

She has an extensive suite of skills and knowledge plus a lovely caring way about her. The herbal powders she offers can be encapsulated and worked great and it has been the most painless but effective acupuncture I have experienced. Great to have someone do some fascia release work too. I know I will be working with her as a preferred highly skilled practitioner for both myself & referrals for years to come.
