★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it’s true what you did to that poor ladies face on Facebook I am shocked! Basic knowledge no waxing after a chemical peel. I really hope that wasn’t the case or that there are wires crossed but if it was please please go and train/ retrain so you can offer the best service you can to clients. And please use consultation forms they are so very important we all as therapists rely on being able to provide advanced treatments to our clients if bad practices like this become the norm we will all loose out.

Sandra even went the extra mile and organized my lil one to have her nails done one day when I had to bring her with me to my appointment, which definitely put my mind at ease.

She is Superb so I followed her to Morrinsville when she opened her business there 3years ago. I choose to travel as she is the Best Beauty Therapist I have ever used. Her knowledge, care, professionalism, the quality products she uses, attention to detail and infection control procedures impress me. I work in Quality Safety and Risk Service in Healthcare so I am very particular about hygiene practices. She is a very genuine honest person and I look forward to my monthly treatments. Her facials are wonderful and keep my skin in great condition as I age. My skin has improved since I started using the product she uses for treatments in my daily routine.

From my first appointment we agreed on a plan to get the results I was after, and Sandra always re-evaluates what is needed with every visit and adjusts the treatment accordingly.
Sandra is very gentle and always explains what she is going to do before going ahead, which I appreciate.
