★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Had to ask 4 different staff members for advice. Each one told us that would be free in 5 minutes. Well, after 15 mins we walked out and missed out on a $1300 purchase. !!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for the shop with ample parking for customers. I bought one dash camera and before I decided I took some information from the staff member. They have good knowledge about the products they sell. Wheelchair people are welcome as well because the shop is wide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service from a Noel Lemming’s store in NZ. Even with a defence discount it is not worth the hassle I would suggest you shop elsewhere. Nobody gives correct information or knows what’s going on with products purchased and delivery schedule is a right mess. Take your money then just don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely will never enter this store again. Every time I have been in there the service was practically non existent... Then they have sales without the item in stock....... So yet another long waiting period. Had to give them a one star rating as there was no other choice. I do not recommend going there unless you have time to waste.
