Processed immediately and efficiently, with pick up arranged for my daughter in Wellington. Completely seamless. Totally recommend.

Matt was very helpful as well as the crew that helped .Very friendly and helpful.
Nothing was a problem. Matt set up phones as well as Michelle I think not sure the whole crew were helpful in the grey mouth branch.

β β β β β Don't you hate it when you walk into a store and you're the only customer and the 3 staff are annoyed you interrupted their conversation? Had phoned to see if they had the product in stock which they did, so said I was on my way to pick it up. She asked if I wanted the extended warranty and I said I would think about it on my way. Got to the shop and she basically barked at another staff it's that one, pointing behind the counter. It was very uncomfortable, so I couldn't wait to leave the store. If the item wasn't business critical I would have walked out. Got my credit card statement yesterday to see they just went ahead and added the $100 extra warranty to my bill. Yes, I should have checked what I was paying, but I'm really not happy. If you're conversation is so important you don't want to make a $900 sale, well, you are in the wrong business.
