★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were trying to buy Samsung S21 Ultra as part of Noel Leeming Labour Weekend sale from Noel Leeming website.The system had a glitch where Noel Leeming website was showing 2 items in Stock at Noel Leeming Warkworth but still we couldnt add the item in the cart as it was showing Out of Stock. Since Auckland was in Level3 lockdown and all Noel Leeming sites were offering Click and Collect only, we had no option but to visit the Noel Leeming shop. I explained the situation to Stuart( Stewart) at the store. He was not only helpful but went the extra mile of speaking to the Store Manager and gave us the details to make the payment by calling Noel Leeming customer service which we gladly did. Thanks Stuart for making our day and tell your manager you deserve a raise for your awesome customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much luck here for me with getting what I want. They didn't seem very helpful when I had a problem with what I purchased. Can't get coffee machine cleaner.
Went in Feb 2022 to purchase washing machine. Found what I wanted on special price. Have to wait 6 weeks for delivery. Had to pay in full on ordering which annoyed me. I think it should be just a small deposit and payment went goods arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the Warkworth store to purchase a new printer - a 15 minute drive from home. Tried calling but they were obviously busy. Went online to see if they had the printer I wanted and it was. Got there only to be told they didn't have it instore. There was one ON DISPLAY, but was told that wasn't for sale. If you are going to have items ON DISPLAY, then you should have at least one in store for sale. Then when that sells, the computer will automatically order a replacement.
Most unhelpful salesman and have certainly lost my business.
