★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been the perfect glass-fixing experience, and I value excellent customer service very highly.
I had a response to my "I need a window fixed' email immediately at the start of business hours, and an acceptable time frame for completion. Due to a cancellation, that was accelerated to same day, and then to mid-morning. Tech was helpful and charming, even took away the smashed glass. Fantastic job on the window, too. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, helpful and great price! Got our caravan up and running to return on our holiday by removing broken windows frames, replacing panels at work site and returning next day to fit. Took 1 1/2 days and much cheaper than we thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for our lounge window to be replaced and tinted to match our others after it was broken. They replaced the window, told me they would be in touch at a later date to do the tinting and never heard back from them! After a few months I rang up and they profusely apologized for forgetting about the tint, told me they would ring me back to sort a time to come and put the tint on...THEN NOTHING, AGAIN!! It's now been months after that and I've heard NOTHING!! Appalling service, that tint cost more than the window did to install and they haven't completed the job I paid for!!
