β β β β β Lovely staff-friendly& helpful.setting is lovely with seating in or out. Food great with good portion size. Coffee fab. Highly recommend. Placed right in front of Tuatua rentals so handy!Stopped in for meal after hiring quads from Tuatua rentals. Kindly made kids waffles after official breakfast time had finished (had.enough batter.left.to.do it) kids loved the waffles & i enjoyed my pesto bacon, avocado ciabatta. (Bit heavy on the pesto as was quite overpowering though still lovely meal!! - hence 4 star). ?

β β β β β One hour and a half waiting for the food we ordered and it was never delivered to our table.
I had to question the staff twice about my order and the answer was always the same: βit wonβt be longβ. When we finally gave up waiting and asked for a refund, the staff said βour order got lost and they didnβt know what had happenedβ.
??????
Seriously? They had two chances to get our food done after we questioned them and they still did nothing.
I guess they have too many customers and donβt need our moneyβ¦ good for them.

β β β β β Extremely friendly staff. The food is pretty good - not amazing but good generous portions and lots of options. Coffee is pretty good. I'll always come back whenever I'm in Ahipara, it's the best cafe around.

β β β β β They like to take their time with food and coffees. However when it arrives it's definitely worth the wait. The coffee was exquisite and really well brewed and the eggs Benedict was great.

β β β β β Our very first time in Ahipara from Brisbane Australia. We found this gem on a Monday after an emotional tangi when we were trying to get a decent coffee and breakfast. They did not disappoint. They prob didnβt notice me watching but as a cafe owner myself they ticked all the boxes and provided really good quality breakfast and my oh my an amazing coffee and smoothie. I highly recommend this place.

β β β β β We drove a long way to get to this cafe and it was well worth it. They were extremely busy and it was interesting to find that there were people there that had things in common with us through schools as either pupils or teachers.
The food here is fantastic, nicely poached eggs and great bacon. Hence the cafes popularity. My suggestion is that if the cafe is busy be patient and wait for a table.
