Plenty of space on the floor to hold large gatherings.
Small but sufficient kitchen for foods.
Tables and chairs supplied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access to a lovely quiet clean beach. Toilets there if you need them. Coffee cart in the day time. Life guards in the summer. A few seats in the dunes. Shhh don't tell everyone.
