★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Chch for a funeral, backed into a wall and the L/H back panel came apart didn't want to drive home for 5 hours at 100k and have the wind get in there and cause more damage. Thought about duct tape but saw these guys and asked what I could do ? the boss guy came out of his office to have a look and 2 minutes later he had zipped it altogether. Wouldn't accept any money but shook my hand. Thanks mate ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a front guard replaced. Had a WOF due, so organised it for place next door. Were an enormous help and they actually were in touch with the mechanic about when they would be done and sent it over without issues.
Easy two birds one stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive just finished talking to the receptionist who obviously has no people skills as she decided to hang up the phone instead of politely listening. Throughout the entire conversation she spoke over me to put the only line she is educated to deliver. “I wrote on the card!”.
Why would a business want to employ such a person? I suspect this is not a bad day for her but a normal demenor.
Only people who are sleeping with a boss get away with that kind of rubbish where customer service is not a priority.

Absolutely 10/10 on every front. I have used these guys for both an insurance job as well as work that I paid for personally and both times the experience has been really positive. Their prices are reasonable, they deliver on the quoted price, the quality of work was great. Add into this their loan cars and willingness to help (they dropped a spare key back to my workplace just up the road) and I would absolutely hands down recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business repaired my vehicle recently. The body work was great but I got it back with a mechanical issue! When I rung up I was advised that it is a common 'issue' with my make of vehicle and that I can continue to use it.
Well guess what, I almost lost an engine due to this 'common issue' of the vehicle.
Would not recommend them for anything other than paint and bodywork. The mechanic they use is not competent when it come investigating causes of problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible experience with these panelbeaters. They initially gave me a 4 week wait time, however the day before my car was due to go in for repairs, they called and delayed it for an additional 4 weeks. I wish they had been honest about an 8 week wait time from the start.
There were no courtesy cars. They advised my repairs would take 3-4 days and they that it would be ready to be collected on Thursday evening. I went to collect my car as I had been advised and found it was not ready and had not heard anything from them. I rang again the next day and they advised it was delayed again. It was difficult not having a car and especially as somebody else was at fault for the accident.
It was frustratingly bad service. I work in the motor team for 2 prominent insurance companies and will never recommend these repairers to my clients again, likewise with my colleagues.
