★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when it comes to ecommerce buying online, they have very bad customer service and communications- don't reply to emails until i said i was going to call them after 2 days why they haven' sent my order after 2/3 days; on their website it says "ship within 7 days" but this is deceptive it actually it should actually say" ship in 7 days (end of 7 days)"; they dont' plan to ship out my order until the 7 days end; most online website you buy from send on the same day or next, they shouldn't be in ecoomnerce business
