About Us.

Not So Shabby has evolved from small beginnings in 2016 to our current location on the corner Purcell Street and State Highway 1, Foxton.

Our core business is creating and teaching furniture upcyling using our own locally made chalk paint complimented by a huge range of transfers, stencils, stamps and decoupage papers imported mostly from USA

In this day and age, we are all very much more aware of environmental issues. Saving furniture from the landfills and giving it a new lease of life is our way of loving our environment!

Due to local demand we are consistently adding new workshops to our business by bringing in outside tutors to share their knowledge.

We currently offer furniture up cycling, decoupage, pavepol, silver jewellery making, mosaics, paper craft, beginners upholstery, soap & candle making

By doing this we have created a hub where people can meet and learn new skills in a happy relaxed space.
