β β β β β Thank you soooo much Omid. You're a very polite gentleman who didn't use any bully tactics like I've seen with other people use while I've tried to sell or buy vehicles. Smooth trade no issues and didn't belittle me. I will definitely be using this company going forward and will be recommending to all my friends. I highly recommend using these guys they don't rip you off you get what you ask for and like I said before they don't bully or take advantage of you like other companies I've dealt with (I'm a female with little knowledge of cars so I felt super comfortable with these guys). Omid who dealt with me today thanks heaps for being patient with me too. Have a great week.

β β β β β Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. Came in to buy a car battery.. middle aged islander guy that seems to always be behind changing the tyres (don't know his name). He came to take out my existing battery that was near dead while doing so he put the replacement in, halfway through installing he takes it out and puts MY OWN battery back in... takes his battery back inside and says that will be $80 dollars.... by then I'm very stunned as he has the audacity to try rip me off as I just watched him put my old battery back in my car. As I confront him he then accuses me of trying to steal!!! Not to mention I'm in my work uniform why on earth would I risk my job over a battery. So I told the manager to please check the cameras, without checking them, the manager said just go..
So thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and still come back afew weeks later. While arriving back the manager was very blunt and rude stating that they can't help me.
I'd very much appreciate it if HR would fix this unprofessional attitude.
