Richard was great to deal with and quickly got the refund process underway. Would highly recommend them and I'll 100% be back once I've got my ducks lined up again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was originally going to post a 5 star review from my previous interactions with Richard from NZ Offroader, he is an excellent salesman and hands down the best I have dealt with for 4x4 supplies across NZ. Unfortunately his team let me down on my recent Runva 13XP winch purchase that has left me waiting for over a month for delivery and now they can't seem to find the winch which had apparently been delivered. I had planned to venture out on the tracks over the past 2 long weekends, however I had no communication from NZO prior to the Easter long weekend and had to cancel my trip and subsequent plans for Anzac Long weekend. A big let down as I don't get too many opportunities for leave. This will not stop me from purchasing from NZO due to Richards awesome customer service, but something needs to be done regardless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't speak highly enough of the NZ Offroader crew. From the owners to the shop staff there is a consistent friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, polite and happy to help attitude. I've bought many things of them, suspension lift, recovery gear, accessories and I've never been disappointed.
These guys are local, they create events, try to bring new products and even stick their necks out when there are issues regarding 4wd access to try to keep it open and civil for everyone to enjoy.
With a shop like this giving so much to the offroad community why shop elsewhere?
