β β β β β A huge shout out to Karen, the ever patient always knowledgeable, lovely young woman employed here . She has had some large challenges with all sorts of folk needing all sorts of help, with complicated new customs requirements for overseas post, plus people needing help with covid related queries. Even with a shop fall of people she is unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Thank you Karen
