Had $3000 blood test dropped off parcel at Waiuku post shop at 840am was scanned at 8.52am and expressed the importance of the overnight delivery to Napier item time sensitive
Next day parcel had not arrived. Courier post couldn't find parcel. At 11.32 am Tuesday parcel scanned at highbrook distribution centre
At 2.13pm Tuesday I phoned courier post and they told me they had no idea where parcel was
I called CP 9.00am Wednesday to be told parcel still at highbrook and had been there since 11.32am. The parcel eventually arrived Thursday in Napier and was thrown out as was of no use. It was the only sample out of 100 to not arrive. I believe it was not sent by the local post shop until the Tuesday thus delaying it
The attitude of the 2 staff members on that morning was deplorable and had not a care about my plea of the importance of the parcel arriving in time. Last time I will ever send through that company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for fetching my urgent parcel from the Box lobby, it was much appreciated. Thanks for your effort to go the extra mile. I had to drive for about an hour & a half to get it - so I appreciated that you called me back first as promised, to say you had retrieved it.
I had several conversations with Courier post & NZ post they said my parcel was definitely delivered to your branch as directed. So it was interesting to find out it had gone to the Box lobby at a separate address - good to know for future use.
