ATM i am waiting and have been for 8 minutes and have gone from 8th to 4th in the queue, which I guess means I have got to wait another 8 minutes. A really useless service when all you want to do is ask someone a question about a product, that you cant find out on line - this is like saying " we don't want customers to call us" in which case why advertise a number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work clothes (shirts and trousers) are total rubbish. They RIP like tissue paper. Speaking to the staff , the problem is solved now. We have inserted heavier threads spaced throughout the material so the RIP won't travel. The stitching comes undone also. Warehouse has much better quality Jean's for $10.00.

Over 6 months wait for a back ordered pair of workpants, with false promises every 2 weeks that they will delivered "next week". Enquiring about winter jackets and have been waiting weeks for a reply from them about what they have in stock or can order in.
