The proud Founder and Owner of NZ Soap and Candle - James Thrupp started this business from his passion of making and selling professional Soaps & Body Products at I Love Soap here in Rotorua NZ. James has an advanced knowledge of making Natural Cold Process Soaps, Glycerin Soap Bases and much more. He struggled to find products locally which made him look further into sourcing the products needed to make it easier and more affordable for our NZ based Soap and Candle makers. NZ Soap and Candle have been Manufacturing since 2010. NZ Soap and Candle have a strong ability to provide Bulk Materials and Products to not only Rotorua and New Zealand Customers but Worldwide as of 2020. Our products include Fragrance and Essential oils, New Zealand's Largest Range of Silicone Moulds, Carrier Oils, Butters, DIY Kits, Packaging and much much more!!

β β β β β Very disappointed with this company. Placed and paid for my order on Friday. I called to ask when I could expect delivery and was told it had been dispatched. Tuesday I email to ask where my order is only to be told half of what UPDATE, SOMEONE called to ask how to rectify this issue and the response below was posted. Firstly , I contact your company after the order was placed. Perfect time to give me correct information. Or , call me back .But no. ordered was sold.out and they had not dispatched ANYTHING. They tried to say that had tried to contact me, which is absolute rubbish as I had no missed calls whatsoever. Reparations? At the very least do overnight courier?? Again no.im still waiting for my order. I said maybe a few extras to compensate for my lost time...that wont happen either. Also tried guilt me by saying her staff playing blame game. I win ever reccomend this extremely unprofessional company KIWI OR NOT..BAD IS BAD

β β β β β The postage is so fast! I've made changes to my orders and they've already packed them. We live rural and stuff still comes the next day. It's crazy but also fabulous to know if I need something they get it to you fast with no hassles! Great service and nothings an issue!
