★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to some lady Named Stacey. Wasn’t helpful not ONE BIT. Just called to enquire about any Class 2 - 4 work, pretty much her reply was “Nope” awkward silence ... Goodbye. I was honestly shocked as I did some work in the pass for these guys. Stacey needs to go. Lift your game Guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish. The call line is 24 7 and I rung at 4 am as I was starting at 5 to ask about pay as they forgot to pay me. When answered I was asked why I am calling at this time of the morning and she has kids to look after and I woke her and she kept saying its "not cool" I told her it was totally unprofessional of her and she then realised I was recording her because she heard me whisper then apologised. I got paid about 2 weeks later. Absolute garbish not recommended unless you want to miss getting paid and be disrespected by the people who are suppose to help you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Promised a job - which in then turn led me to quit my current job. Went to work at the new job and was told that there was no work. Left me in a difficult position from having a job to becoming jobless all because of them - should not have trusted them in the first place. Called back and asked why this had occurred and was not given any reasons. Was yelled at by nz staff workers and spoken to rudely. Was told that they were not obliged to provide a reason which is very unethical. Please if you decide to get hired by this agency or use their services then please think twice. They not are not honest and can't be trusted as an organization to find work for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. My Partner signed up with the agency being promised lots of work and assured that there would be work in West Auckland. He did two assignments, doing one days work then being told he was not needed. Then getting another assignment, working one day on one day off, each time not knowing what tomorrow brings. When he called NZ Staff to ask for something more permanent, the agent he was speaking to snapped at him saying ' well if you don't want to work, don't" and slammed the phone down on him. This is Bully tactics, unprofessional, taking advantage of people in need. we will complain to management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day one these Lady's right here ! Amazing friendly and got my vibe straight away ! They got me a great job that I have held on to walking on two years soon . After my girls left, Stacey held it down, was always there to help me out . Casey too . Thank you beautiful ladies for all you do, and still continue to do for us workers ! Stay blessed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up to NZStaff a few months ago - It is very hard to beleive some of the negative comments. Starting from when I first phoned in to sign up down to the interview process was a very good experience. They helped me with employment around my study and i have recommended my family and friends who have also had alot of help from them. I will be sending anyone else i know who is looking for work there way.
