I approached Flatline Computers with regards to setting up my own website to both grow my business and to avoid trademe fees.
I have found the service they provide are cost effective and professional. I am not very computer literate and so it was very important to me to have someone I could contact who could help me out, not only with the setting up of the website, but also to help when things get difficult or needed changing. I have to say that I have been very impressed with the design and backup service Teri Ann has provided through the past 12 months.
I have a job as well as my on line model shop so most of my online work is done outside normal business hours and Terri Ann has always responded very quickly to get any problems I have (or make) sorted out.
To my knowledge, during the 12 months I have worked with Flatline Computers, my website has only been off line once due to a system failure and by the time I contacted them they were already at work fixing the problem and I was up and running again within 30 minutes
If you are considering setting up your own website I certainly recommend Sue and her team.
An Auckland firm quoted me five times the cost that Flatline Computers charged me and I am certain the service they provide would not be any better than what I have now.
