★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was smashed with import duty and taxes; NZVAPOR were so unhelpful; I get it but either letting me know first or a little bit of work to split the order afterwards could have saved me hundreds. Plenty of other vape stores in the sea so would never come back to here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with leaking pods I purchased from them, they were kind enough to send more but still the same problem, I have six faulty pods/ non compatible pods. I've decided to purchase elsewhere but I appreciate the time and effort to rectify the situation

The assistant warehouse manager Kirsty contacted me and arranged to replace the order with the juices I wanted and within the week they’d arrived. You guys are great, and I’ll keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Premium Red Nic salts ENOUGH. For the past 2 yrs I've been buying from another online store thinking I was getting the best deal but by chance I came across this store and tried my luck. Cheapest around and cheap and overnight shipping. Happy girl?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware these traders are very shady and tell lies just to get you buy there overpriced vapes, I was up sold to this Aegis X vape, and the Geekvape sub-ohm tank, coils, and 10 bottles of e-juice, and told that this was the newest best vape shock/dust/water resistance and that it came with a 12 month warranty no questions asked it would be replaced if there was any faults with the product, after only 9 months the vape case has warped all out of shape and only to be told that it only had a 3 month warranty 90 days Hmmm, not what I was told at all and that since it was still working it was only considered a cosmetic issue and if I wanted to pursue the manufacturer's 12 month warranty it would be sent to China to be assessed at my cost, anyone else who thinks that this is totally ridiculous or had similar problems, I reached out to the owners but had no response to my questions very dissapointed.
