★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value and nice location near the surfie beach. Rooms are not luxurious but they're clean, tidy, comfy with good heat pump. The local pub adjoins the motel and provides great food. Super friendly local patrons. Enjoyed an excellent night of good food, good company and great music from the 2 piece acoustic guitar band. The perfect first time Dunedin experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price of $110.00 per night the accommodation was excellent. Nice warm and inviting. A typical small studio unit for two people. Very clean and well catered. Units just across the small car park to the hotel. Meals, drinks and entertainment all available and all very reasonably price. Great long weekend and definitely goin again when it gets warmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun, helpful staff. Left my charger and pink cup there all the way from pukekohe but that's no one elses fault lol. Lovely ppl at the bar, beautiful weather(used2akl yuki weather) comfy beds, would defz stay again x

Heat pump efficient.
Someone said the kettle was hard to fill from the basin sink (no kitchenette in room, just a fridge and some crockery/cutlery. No microwave)
But I just used a mug to fill it!
Not rocket science.
Shower was powerful.. Loved that.
Basin small but window sill held toiletry bag. Could do with 1 stick on hook to the left of sink to hang towel.
Excellent value for money.
Its not the ritz, but opp the beach so who wants the ritz!?!
