★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought i would give this place a try as it was close to work and they advertised fast service. I've never seen an oil change done so fast i was tempted to ask if they ran an F1 pit crew. The price was $40 cheaper than the estimated price they quoted me by email a week before. I normally do my own oil changers but due to my car being under warranty i can't really do it myself. You don't even have to get out of your car except when you pay at the end, and the communication between the guy in the pit and the guys in the engine bay was really good. They also check other fluids and filters while they are at it. Will be back again for sure on my next service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Oil changers Botany for the last 5 years providing my own oil and filter. In February 2021 I had the oil and filter changed. The workshop staff are efficient and quick. However they put the 90% empty oil container in the car boot. A few days later when I opened the boot there was about a cupful of oil spilt due to the fact that the container lid had not been correctly screwed up. The result, first aid kit contaminated $54, umbrella contaminated $10, Kneeling pad, contaminated $8, plastic boot cover, ( this saved the carpet) $0. Marine winch cover contaminated but cleaned up. I emailed Chris at Oil Changers, and later phoned and spoke to someone. Then sent an email to Ben at Oil changers. Neither emails were acknowledged and I wasn’t contacted.
On January 27 , yesterday, I was back at Oil Changers Botany to have oil and filter replaced, Oil Changers supplied both this time. I Spoke to a guy I assume was Ben. Yes he did remember the email I had sent. I asked if he would credit me for the damaged caused. No, he said, as it was oil I had supplied. If it was oil they had supplied it would be different. ?????? hello !!! He was very abrupt, arrogant, offered no apology or said sorry, totally un customer focused and then went on to say he had staff and overheads to look after, hopefully he treats staff better than the customers. I said I wouldn’t be coming back to which he replied you wont find anywhere any cheaper. OK that’s fine but I’d rather pay another outfit , whatever amount for oil and filter change, and be treated as a valued customer rather than deal with someone with a really bad, bullying attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time EVER using an Oil changers.. and I'm 55.. Have been doing all my own oils and filters and cabin filters and automatic transmission fluid changes .. all these years.......Sure it saves $$ But these guys were AMAZING.... And lightening fast.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fast but they are using wrong oil. I ask for 5w30 oil coz that is the right oil for my car but they insisted to give me 5w40 which is not the right oil for my car and they are saying they don’t have that king of oil but i look around there and find a 5w30 and they threatened me that is not the right oil for my car and is not there responsibility if something happened bad on my engine and they will charge me $160 if i use that kind of oil. Before I go there I check my car manual and says there I should use 5w30 I don’t know what going on but they should be listening to there customer need and want not the other way around coz not every customer is dumb about cars. You see this is the problem.you will insist what you want because you are making a profit out of it your not listening to your costumer what they want its bad reputation on your business i’m not coming there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very quick, I was there to try the service for first time. I am experiencing 3km extra mileage per litre, not sure how it happened but it is true. I asked them to flush out all the old oil and then put the new oil in.
