★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. On a per page contract and I am continually running out of toner. They say one thing and then do another. Definitely do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse customer service ever! Considering we are on a Click contract I would have expected better.
Our company relies on printing (plans, contracts etc) & haven't been able to do so for almost a week. Initially took 3days for someone to actually make the call that we needed a replacement fuser unit - told on Thurs (now Monday) it would be here Friday. Have been on hold for over 17mins so far after being passed around & palmed off twice already so this better be the right number I have been told to call this time.
We will be opting for Brother, Fuji or literally anyone else for our next printing contract.
