★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the reception in morning and booked me in for appointment at midday. She say they don’t have availability any other day. Told me to bring ID and $70. I left my work for that only to arrive and find out there is no appointment at all. I have been told by other lady that they are two doctors short, she didn’t even let me spoke with lady who booked me in, only told the other receptionist that it was probably Anna. Honestly don’t care who it was and she spoke with her at the back. After she told me they are full and don’t take any more patients - how lucky they are because with service and communications I saw today they would hardly get any new ones. Total dissapointment with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy paid $70 and left work for 4.15pm appointment. Was seen 4.45pm?? The last appointment i had informed reception i was less than 5mins away!!! And they cancelled it.
Diagnosed with UTI- ffs stab twist hold abdominal pain??? As a woman I am aware of UTI symptoms...prescribed medication 4 UTI. Woke up several times last from the pain and now have to take time off work!!! Lost sleep and pain still present
