★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have chunky chips!! Great wide cut chips and friendly service. I've tried a number of fish and chip shops across Papamoa and although this is in Mount Maunganui, it's worth the trip to get there. This is now my favourite of all takeaways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in there on Thursday, ordered our dinner of fish and chips, paid and waited 20 minutes. Only when it was ready did they decided to tell us that they had no fresh fish. So really we waited twenty minutes for chips and they had been overcooked. Disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go here, got 2 scoops of fish with my order and received less that 1 compares to every other fish and chip shop I go to, theyalso claimed they had fresh Hoki but tasted like they just deep fried some bait, first time there, never going back
