★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collected vehicle in Nelson, we were picked up at the airport, and the car was ready waiting.
We had a small sized Mazda, which was great for what we wanted to do.
Everything was efficient with friendly service.
On the return it was the same, with a quick drop off to the airport.
Second time we have used Omega, will continue to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omega were the only car rental company at this price point and yet the car we rented was everything we needed - well maintained, comfortable and practical. On landing we rang Omega and their van was with us within 10 minutes; similarly, when we returned the car, the van took us to the airport within five minutes of arrival. We can see no reason to pay two or three times as much for a car that does no more than our Omega version.

Omega were great in their communication and understanding.
Their service was outstanding with prompt pick up and drop off at the airport and on top of that they had cheaper rates of hire.
100% recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly staff who picked us up promptly from the airport and had rental car ready for us to take. Great reliable vehicle. On arriving back to return vehicle they dropped us to the airport again promptly. Will definitely use Omega rentals again. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent service online and reasonable prices. Made A/H pickup & drop off arrangements with no problems. Had an issue with initial vehicle but Omega immediately gave me a replacement with no hassles. Our experience with on site staff member at the time was excellent, courteous & respectful.
Only small issue was return carpark area at airport which I think is temporary with work going on, but it was well signposted. Will use again, thanks to staff for help & expeditious service !

Some of our final travel plans changed slightly and we ended up picking up the car a day earlier as planned but this was no problem thanks to the dedicated team on the ground at Nelson airport!
