★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kiosk in Thames refused a refund after botching the screen replacement on a $1500 phone THREE TIMES over more than THREE WEEKS, breaching the Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair Trading Act. If you need a phone screen fixed, take it to a professional company, like Spark on Pollen Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimpressed with the service at the Thames store. Ordered a part in on Tuesday, was told there was a 99% chance it would arrive on Wednesday and a 1% chance it would arrive on Thursday. It's now Friday, I had to wait 30 minutes for the guy to come back to the store from god knows where, no sign out the front and not answering his phone, only to have him tell me that the part hasn't arrived and wouldn't arrive today. We leave the country Monday and have no phone. Waste of time. Instead of telling customers what they want to hear just be honest with the time frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to fix my broken LCD screen on my phone, and ended up with major issues with my battery (doesn't last a day anymore) and an empty hole where the flash from the front camera was (without any notification from the technician or anything to cover it).
I'm extremely upset about this, especially knowing that i spent 450$ for this !!!
If you need to fix your phone, be patient and find another place to go, avoid this place !
