★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined Onebodi pilates around 10 years ago and never looked back . The best exercise to build core strength , to keep you mentally and physically alert . My posture has improved as my well than my stamina .
Michelle and Nina are the top instructors . They share their love of Pilates with a lot of enthusiasm , they frame you and support you in any way .
I can only highly recommend them

My body has changed for the better: I stand straighter, am more flexible and feel stronger, more agile and therefore more confident in my body. I think these classes should be prescribed! We are so lucky to have these instructors in Motueka. I strongly recommend them
