Our Caroliner measuring systems and repair rigs operates to a tolerance of three millimeters, ensuring the chassis, subframe, and suspension points of a vehicle are reinstated back to manufacturers specifications. Electron spot welding as recommended by major vehicle manufacturers is used when replacement of welded panels is required. This ensures guaranteed strength, greatly reduced dissipated heat, a neat tidy weld and factory appearance in a shorter time with minimal sparking and safer for the operator.

If they were just honest with the time period and the cost and used words to communicate rather than just staring, I'm not a mind reader, all before xmas where they simply dont want to be their, I'd go to someone else, thanks!

Had a former botched repair carried out on my ute prior to selling it. It was appraised, booked in and completed in a really short time period. The job was excellent and I was able to sell the ute with peace of mind knowing the repair was done properly.

I don't even feel like giving 1 star after my experience unfortunately. Asked this company to fix the scratches on our car. An insurance job, for which we were prepared to pay the excess of $400 for, and another $300 to the company. All they did was give it a buff, which wasn't even done that well (there will still plenty of smears and water marks around the car) and gave me a bottle of paint the size of a nail polish bottle for which I needed to pay $28 and then had to cover the scratches myself. The claim closed and if I wanted it done again and properly, I would have had to either pay the excess fee again or pay this company directly, but either way it was going to cost us again. I left a message explaining how aggrieved I was with it and received a return call saying that they could have another look at it. That there was no intention to do the job again without looking at it was enough of a put-off for me. The thought of it still makes me very upset and while they were friendly I would not advise using this company. I'd rather an unfriendly yet competent person/people any day.

One of the worst service experiences I have had. The staff were rude, the service took over a month and the car had ongoing issues when it was returned to me. When I brought it back I was told I was imagining it. I took it to another provider who identified and resolved the issue within a day. Dealing with this place was a deeply unpleasant experience.

I went to this place as my AC was not blowing cold air ,they told me it was gas leak and charged me $200 for new gas and guess what was the result it still didn’t work, they took the money and said it was some other issue and they cant do anything , if it was a gas leak they could have known before putting the new in , I’ve got nicely fooled and now the ac gas started stinking, i would never recommend this place to anyone Later on I’ve took the car to a different workshop , they said it was a wire loose connection and fixed it for free
