★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the Serviced Laundry in Rotorua. The price was $50. Laundry appears to have been done well so no complaints about the laundry service.
However, their website clearly states that the prices for Serviced Laundry are as follows:
9kg Wash/Dry/Fold $15
18kg Wash/Dry/Fold $23
20kg Wash/Dry/Fold $35
However when in the store, the employee said $50 and said that they don't do it by weight and that they did not even have a scale!
Really confusing and frustrating. Either their website needs to be updated or they need to adhere to the prices on their site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to onyx on Fenton street. The washing machine I loaded up (middle machine) filled with water but didn’t wash. I was forced to use another machine and pay a further $4. There was no number to call to get a refund. Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is that the clothes got washed in the end, only slightly more expensive. Also a coin dispenser would be great. The dairy owner next door gets hassled by everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to wash my blankets and I chucked coins for $10 and then when I tried opening the door it was jammed. I tried taking the coins back which dint work. I tried pushing the buttons and the machine started going but I couldn’t load the blankets as the door dint open.
It said please ring the bell and there was no bell, knocked on the door. No one attended.
Had a sticky note “back at 1:30” I went back at 1:35pm and there was no one to attend.
Thank you. I lost my tenner:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Yes - my clothes got clean but ... there are only 5 ‘regular’ washers and 1 ‘commercial’ washer. Only 4 ‘regular’ dryers and 2 commercial dryers. No change machine. No staff on Saturday after 1 pm. No place to hang up your dry clothes. I had to clean the 1 table they do have so as not to get my clean clothes dirty. I do not recommend.
