★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a stress free clean for your home? Then STAY AWAY. These guys will add stress to your already stressful moving day. I booked in (which they were good at, as well as taking my money) but then on the day of, no one turned up, no one called, no one picked up the 2 listed numbers, no response to emails. I seriously thought I was scammed by a non-existent business and kicked myself for ignoring the lack of reviews and different company names. So many RED FLAGS and I'm leaving this review so that no one else wastes their time and money. Dreadful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Kendall was nice to deal with, we booked an end of tenancy clean, was assured that the quality would be top tier. However, they didn't wipe down hard surfaces in bedrooms, any of the skirting boards or light switches and didn't mop any of the bathrooms.
The standard was that poor that we were charged by the landlord for another cleaning company to come in and go over it in thorough detail. Would not recommend.

During this time they have been professional , flexible and always go the extra mile to ensure our facility is in first class condition for community use. Nothing is too small or too big for Andrew and the team to do for us and we are extremely grateful to them for this level of support. I have no hesitation in recomending them to others who have need of their cleaning services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, such a drama dealing with this company. The cleaners did not turn up on the agreed time and day for our moving clean and there was no excuse given for why. Andrew, the owner was great at reaching out to apologise and organise another time. However, the cleaners who did come eventually didn't even touch areas that we're paying for as part of the quote, including the oven. So we're doing it ourselves. I'm not sure whether the team are poorly trained or just unprofessional, but I can't recommend this company. Terrible experience so far. If you're moving house and want a cleaning company to help reduce the stress of your move - don't use these guys. They just make a bad time much worse.
If you read the rest of the reviews, it looks like we're not the first to have these problems.
