★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man needs a lesson in customer relations and in financial terminology. For his information, EFT-POS is the system by which a transaction is made - it stands for Electronic Funds Transfer @ Point Of Sale. A plastic card may be either a Debit card or a Credit card and some cards do both. Asking if a person is using an eftpos card does not mean they are using a debit card. If he wants to know if the payment is credit or not, he should ask if it will be debit or credit. He is determined to try to 'educate' his customers and if that is how he treats everyone who comes into the store, I'm surprised he is still in business. Not recommended at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of the dishonest charging, especially when you are doing bulk buying.
I bought 3 small size ice creams which should be at $4.50 each. But, when it was time to pay, the cashier charged me $18.80. I asked the cashier to clarify why it was more expensive than expected, the owner claimed that I need to pay $0.60 for each cone (the price of the cone was not listed or mentioned).
Well, ($4.50 + $0.60) x 3 should just total up to $15.30, not $18.80.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the shop owner. We arrived with two rental vans to have ice creams on the way to the airport. When one of the car keys was dropped in the drain by accident he equipped us with coat hangers to try and fish it out and then called the council when it didn’t work out. We made it on the flight and for us he’s a superhero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How on earth is this man, Jiten Patel still in business with his aggressive, rude and abusive approach to not only customers but his staff aswell. He needs to be held accountable as I have not only heard about it through the local community, as I live local, but I have read the reviews online and this is simply not Ok. He yelled at me, raised his voice and used words I won't repeat. This man is a maniac and has some serious mental health issues. I am considering taking this to the hospitality association. His behaviour cannot continue..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. The owner really knows how to make you feel unwelcome in store. Wanted to redeem some money from a lotto scratchy and buy an ice cream. The owner started yelling and being really unhelpful when I said I wanted to redeem the money. He thought I didn’t want my ticket and was about to throw it away. After that I didn’t want to buy an overpriced ice cream and left. Never returning again!
Just a note to the owner: if you don’t like your job maybe do something else!
